THROUGH THE CURVE
Through the Curve is a series of trace-monotype prints that consider the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic with an emphasis on essential workers at grocery stores. Every touch of the paper leaves a residue, forming ambiguous bodies that weave through the climate of stress, fear, and uncertainty. Managing physical safety and mental health suddenly becomes at odds with the economic system. These health disparities disproportionately affect racialized communities. How do we navigate these justice and equity concerns presented in the face of a crisis?
